Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and adjust our schedules accordingly. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice): If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Call/No-Show: In the event of a no-call/no-show, where you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
